Our ATEX lineup is fully certified under EXII 2GD Exdll CTR6 and ExtD A21 T80C, so these cameras can be installed in hazardous environments with Zone 1 and Zone 2 in Group IIA, Group IIB, and Group IIC gases. These cameras are perfectly suited for a host of industries such as gas, chemical, oil, and energy.
Made to Shine
Our ATEX housings are constructed of dual-cast stainless steel and are available in either 304 and 316L standards. 304 steel contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel, while 316 contains 16% chromium, 10% nickel and 2% molybendum. The "L" signifies low carbon content and is used to further reduce corrosion.

The ATEX Series is built to handle the most severe atmospheric conditions, the housing is IP68 rated and designed to handle even the most demanding environments. A heater/blower and optional wiper allows for operation in temperatures ranging from -55°C to +60°C. A microscopically smooth surface means low maintenance, and long service life delivers industry leading ROI.
Precision Engineering
Everything from the microscopically polished surface right down to the hand-welded LED/IR diodes are designed to provide you with the ultimate ATEX system. A Micro-Step motor allows for PTZ positioning that is accurate up to 0.02° and has 360° panning.
More Power Behind Every Pixel
Our ATEX cameras can be custom built to your specifications. Loaded with our most popular imager, a 37X zoom and a 1/4" Ex-View HAD II CCD sensor, it delivers 600TVL color by day and 700TVL monochrome at night. A 3.5mm-129.5mm lens provides an optical zoom factor of 37X for extreme wide angle and narrow fields of view. Other sensors are availabe upon request including IP, HD, and SDI to suit any application.
